I want to give a big shout out to John Bonitto, JSR Pest Control.
In November 2016, I was referred to JSR Pest Control by a mutual friend when I was looking for a company to help me get rid of “German Roaches”. She has used Mr. Bonitto for many years for her pest control services.
My kitchen and immediate dining room were infested to a point that I would not have my family or guests over. I live in a condo on the second floor. I did check with my immediate neighbors and they did not have a problem with roaches so it was contained in my unit.
He came in and did such a thorough job of applying pest control deterrent in my kitchen cabinets, behind the refrigerator and stove, storage cabinet and in the dishwasher.
He spent about three hours on his first visit (not at an excessive cost) with a flashlight and vacuum to make sure he found the nests of the roaches and applied the gel. He left paper traps in my kitchen and scheduled to came back in one month. Immediately the insects were gone. There were a few dead bugs over the next few days in the traps but I never saw any living roaches running around my kitchen either during the day or at night when I put on the lights. NO BUGS AT ALL.
His pleasant personality and knowledge of his business were exceptional and I was so excited to tell him there were no bugs when he returned in a month. He did tell me to call him if I saw even one living one and he would come back as soon as possible. He did the rest of my condo when he returned in a month – STILL NO BUGS AT ALL.
He is a small businessman who cares about his customers. He came back after three months and I still have no bugs. I have scheduled routine check every two to three months. I am so grateful for the immediate help that he was able to provide. Most importantly, I have my apartment back without fear of bugs running around.

I have used JSR since I moved into my apartment building back in June 2015. I noticed least and least amount of insects each treatment JSR has done at my place and he is very flexible with time schedule. JSR treatment service is so amazing, I refused my apartments pest control service (which is free). Never had any problem with scheduling or JSR service once. Highly recommended!
